So that old question: can exercises make your breasts grow? Before you hit the gym I just thought I would let you know that by exercise by itself won’t help you jump a size or two….
In my search for bigger breasts I did a heap of searching on the net: herbs, pills, exeercises, creams.. you name it!
So according to various experts I read (doctors, personal trainers etc) breasts do not actually contain muscle themselves but there is chest (pectoral) muscle behind them. Exercises that work out these pec muscles (the ones you see guys doing all the time at gyms) like push ups, pec fly, and chest presses will help develop the pec muscles.
Developing your chest muscles won’t grow your breasts but it will help your breasts to sit fuller and improve the definition of breasts – this can be really helpful when combined with something like breast actives that makes your body produce hormones that increase breast growth.
After reading all this I decided to get some advice from someone I actually new. Luckily one of my friends, Tom, is a personal trainer so i asked him. According to Tom these pectoral exercises can actually help lift and shape the breasts. He recommends that you start slowly and focus on doing light weights with a lot of repetions – if this sounds confusing ask a personal trainer.
With all this in mind I did some Youtubing, so enjoy!
How to do chest press with dumbells – do light weights and high reps, eg. 3kg to 8kg dumbbell in each hand, and do 3 sets of 20 presses.
And here are some tips on breast lifting exercises
